Last year Dom began writing short stories and in September his work; The Right Honourable, was published in the Literary Lancashire Anthology.
He recently finished the second draft of his debut fantasy novel; A Better Crown, a tale of revenge, treachery and heroism in the harsh world of Earthguard. He is currently on the lookout for a literary agent.
On this website, you can check out Dom’s latest short stories, from tales of Earthguard to dystopian nightmares and mysterious horrors.
You can also find excerpts from A Better Crown, as well as writing updates on his blog.
His blank eyes were two dark pools in a sallow, thin face, sunken cheeks pulling in around a toothless mouth. Decomposing flesh hung from every inch of visible flesh, the skin melted and smudged like hot wax across an aged candlestick. Long, silvery hair fell in thin strands across his shoulders and his brow was mounted by a crown made from rough Darkstone shards.
